H2O Conditioning vs Softening

Traditional salt based softeners remove hard minerals from water while salt-free processes allow minerals to be retained in the water. Salt free water conditioners  require little maintenance, use no electricity, and waste no water. However, severely hard water should still be treated with traditional salt methods.

Northern Nevada Water

Most of our drinking water comes from the Truckee River, which originates at Lake Tahoe and is fed by snow melt and rain throughout the Tahoe and Truckee River Basins in Sierra Nevada. The remainder comes from more than 90 wells drilled in deep water aquifers throughout Northern Nevada. There are also a small number of satellite water systems fed exclusively by ground water.

As pollutants and toxins rise in the environment around us, so does our need for Purified Water.
